Cancellation Policy
Our safari cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility for our guests with the logistical commitments required to deliver a seamless travel experience. Because safaris involve advance bookings for permits, accommodations, and transportation—many of which are strictly regulated—certain payments are non-refundable. We strongly encourage guests to review the terms carefully and consider travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes.
