Itinerary
Day 1: Kampala – Murchison Falls National Park
Pick up from your overnight accommodation in Kampala by our safari guide. Begin by driving north west of Uganda on a 6-hour road drive to Murchison Falls National Park. Make a stop at the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary, where you will have a nature walk in the breeding home of the rhinos to encounter these endangered species. Lunch along the way and proceed with the journey to the magnificent Murchison falls where you will marvel at the breath taking beauty of the mighty Nile River forced into a seven meter crevice to thunder 43meter’s below in a series of cascades. The sight of the Nile River, the world’s longest river, winding its way through the park and plunging through a narrow gap is unforgettable. You can view this spectacular sight from the top of the falls. Dinner and overnight at overnight accommodation of your choice..

Day 2: Murchison Falls National Park
After an early morning breakfast our driver and game ranger will take you out for an early game drive. You will explore the major game trails especially around the area of Para where good game spotting of elephant, lion, giraffe, antelope, jackal, hyena, Uganda kob, waterbuck, Jackson’s hartebeest and hopefully the elusive leopard, among others, can be seen.
In the afternoon you return back to the lodge for lunch and then take some time to relax. Later in the afternoon you will set out for an exciting boat ride on the Victoria Nile, a high spot of any Murchison Falls Safari! On this ride you will spot a variety of animals at close range, including hippo, Nile crocodile, elephant, buffalo, and many other animals that come to drink water and cool themselves off from the scorching sun. You will return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3: Murchison Falls National Park – Kampala
You will rise in the early morning, have breakfast and take off for your last exciting game drive through the park. This drive will help you increase your game count and spot other wildlife you might not have seen. You will return to the lodge around 11:00am, check out and start your drive back to Kampala with a stop in Masindi Town for lunch. After lunch you will continue your journey back to Kampala, arriving in the late evening. You are later transferred to Entebbe International airport to catch your flight back home. This is where your safari will end.
